On May 19, 2025, the PASO Council held a meeting to review the results of its work for 2024.

Twelve new attorneys took the oath of allegiance to the profession.
The Qualification Committee noted the overall high level of preparation of the applicants for status, particularly singling out A.A. Bobkov, P.S. Kadatsky, and N.S. Kedrin.
The PASO President and Council congratulated their new colleagues, wishing them to honor the title of attorney, become outstanding representatives of the profession, and receive well-deserved recognition for their work.
The PASO Council then proceeded to consider the items on the agenda.
The main issue was the holding of the Twenty-fifth (Regular) Annual Conference of Attorneys of the Samara Region, which will take place on May 21, 2025.
The Council heard and approved the Report on the Use of Targeted Funds of the Samara Region Chamber of Advocates for the Period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
The draft Income and Expenditure Estimate for 2025 was approved.
The Council reviewed the Act of the Samara Region Chamber of Advocates' Audit Commission for the reporting period.
The open voting procedure for the election of a member of the Samara Region Chamber of Advocates' Audit Commission was approved.
The Samara Region Chamber of Advocates' Council adopted a number of decisions regarding the membership and status of attorneys.
The Samara Region Chamber of Advocates' Council approved the application of one attorney to change his membership in the Samara Region Chamber of Advocates due to his transfer to the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
The Samara Region Chamber of Advocates' Council reviewed the applications for the early removal of a disciplinary sanction imposed on January 31, 2025, and denied it.
Ten lawyers have been approved for inclusion in the CIS AR subsidized legal aid system.
Dragunov D.K.'s legal status has been terminated due to his death. The Council expresses its condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
G.'s legal status has been terminated under paragraph 4, clause 1, Article 17 of the Federal Law "On Advocacy and the Bar in the Russian Federation" due to the entry into force of a verdict finding him guilty under Article 327, Part 1, of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The Council denied the lawyer's request for clarification, stating that the issue of filing a motion in the case is governed by the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and does not fall within the category of a complex ethical situation, which requires clarification under paragraph 4, Article 4 of the Code of Professional Ethics of Lawyers.
The Council reviewed and granted the petition of V.N. Shuvatkina on the awarding of honorary diplomas to attorneys D.N. Tishakov, A.E. Meshcheryakova, and V.V. Minyaev from the Samara Region Bar Association.
