Samara meets young lawyers of the country

On August 23, 2022, the opening of the Volga region forum of young lawyers took place. 112 lawyers under the age of 40 from 39 regional chambers of lawyers take part in the event, which is a rich program of 3 days.

It should be reminded that the organizers of the Volga Youth Forum - the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region and the Union of Young Lawyers of Russia - sent the presidents of the bar associations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in advance a detailed program of the stay, as well as information on the conditions for submitting applications for participation and requirements for the works submitted for the competition . Each participant received access to a special mobile application, where all information about the forum is accumulated in real time.

On August 23, the Chamber of Advocates of the Samara Region hospitably opened its doors to delegates - young colleagues who arrived from all over the Russian Federation: from Belgorod, Kaliningrad, Omsk, Amur, Bryansk, Vologda, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kostroma, Moscow, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Pskov, Penza , Rostov, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Chelyabinsk, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Yaroslavl regions, Udmurt and Kabardino-Balkarian Republics, Republics of North Ossetia - Alania, Crimea, Karelia, Dagestan, Buryatia, Tatarstan, Chuvashia, Mordovia, Mari El, Bashkiria, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Perm, Primorsky and Kamchatka Territories ...

Tatyana Dmitrievna conducted a tour of the chamber, revealed organizational know-how, spoke about the functionality of employees, demonstrated the exemplary work of the high-tech core of the PASO - the Center for Subsidized Legal Aid, which accepts requests around the clock for the appointment of bodies of inquiry, preliminary investigation and court, ensuring the participation of lawyers in the provision of free legal assistance, as well as making an electronic record for visiting the FKU SIZO-1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Samara Region. Everyone could see how and with what the Samara Chamber of Advocates lives, see for themselves the highest technical equipment and "advancement" of PASO.

Last year, 2021, the III All-Russian Congress of Young Lawyers was held, and now a year later we are again gathering as a representative team here in Samara, at a wonderful venue organized by the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation and the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region.

The holding of such representative events indicates that the legal community pays great attention to young people; testifies to the unity of our corporation!

I would like to thank the organizers of the Volga Region Forum of Young Lawyers and express the hope that we will meet again in this wonderful city! I wish each of you good luck and productive work within the forum!

The traditional format of holding corporate events (first - a business program, then - an entertainment one) was changed by the organizers in order to rally young lawyers, to bring professional communication to another, more interesting and productive, emotional level. Therefore, on the first day, the participants of the forum were offered the excursion program #LOVE_SAMARA. On comfortable buses, the guests went to get acquainted with the beautiful Volga city, learned interesting stories from the life of the old merchants and the secrets of the spare capital, admired the architectural monuments and the famous embankment, saw the heritage of space explorers and appreciated the sincere Samara hospitality. An hour and a half of a fascinating journey through time and space flew by unnoticed, making the guests' hearts beat faster at the word Samara from now on.

Today, a successful (according to the participants' feedback) start was given to the youth forum. And there are 2 more days of unforgettable communication with colleagues, gaining new knowledge and useful skills, vivid impressions and a real Samara summer ahead of the young lawyers!

On August 24, delegates of the forum will get acquainted with Avtograd, practice their marksmanship, visit a unique park complex and see the largest collection of equipment.

On August 25, “pecha-kucha” (performance of participants in the format of quick presentations) and the legal intellectual game “Brainstorming” will begin. Winners will be determined by electronic rating voting.

The entertainment program "Advocacy is Us" will complete the forum.
