Exams at the Young Lawyer's School
02.08.2022
On August 2, in the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region, students of the Young Lawyer's School took exams. The curriculum at the School includes an internal midterm exam following the results of the first half of the year of study and a final exam at the end. The format of both exams is as close as possible to the Qualification Exam for the Bar. This allows students to objectively assess the level of readiness for it and feel more confident compared to other applicants.
Commission under the leadership of the President of PASO T.D. Butovchenko listened to the answers of thirty-five interns and assistant lawyers studying at the Young Lawyer School and its branch in Tolyatti.
One student did not pass the knowledge test.
The purpose of internal examinations is not only to assess the level of knowledge of applicants, but also to form in them an understanding of the correct answers to questions, especially those related to the organization of advocacy and professional ethics. Each answer was accompanied by detailed explanations of the commission. Thanks to this, the exam has turned from a simple test of knowledge into a large-scale preparatory lesson for the upcoming Qualifying Exam, which awaits them on September 15th.
