The Council of the Chamber of Advocates of the Samara Region reminds everyone of the need to promptly submit decisions on the selection of delegates to the conference.

In accordance with the Council's Resolution No. 25-01-10/SP dated January 30, 2025, "On the Convening of the Twenty-fifth (Regular) Annual Conference of Advocates of the Samara Region," the original decision on the selection of conference delegates by bar associations of five or more members must be submitted to the Council of the Chamber of Advocates no later than April 21, 2025.

The decision must be delivered by courier to the following address: 1A Morisa Torez Street, Samara.

Attention! The decision must include:

A complete list of attorneys who participated in the delegate selection meeting (last name, first name, patronymic, and number in the Register of Advocates).
List of elected delegates.

The decision of the meeting to elect delegates is certified by the signature of the head of the legal practice. The head is personally responsible for ensuring that the delegate election procedure is followed and the information provided is accurate.

We ask that you approach this matter with the utmost responsibility and ensure the timely submission of the required documents.
