At 10:30, a working meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the Office of the Ministry of Justice for the Samara Region, during which the results of the XI All-Russian Congress of Lawyers held in Moscow were discussed.
The Council of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation created a working group to monitor the arrears in payment of wages to lawyers for participation in cases appointed by the bodies of inquiry, investigation and the court. The initiator of the creation of the group was the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region represented by T.D. Butovchenko. The President of the PASO joined the Council of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers for the next two years.
Following the results of today's meeting with representatives of the Office of the Ministry of Justice for the Samara Region represented by the Deputy Head of the Office - E.V. Seredavina targeted activities to be sent to the Office of the Judicial Department for the Samara Region and the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Samara Region have been agreed upon in order to take urgent measures to eliminate the debt on payment of lawyers' salaries in cases appointed by the bodies of inquiry, investigation and the court, which currently exist.
At 11:00, 20 lawyers who successfully passed the exams on 03/16/2023 were solemnly presented with lawyer's certificates.
The young colleagues were welcomed by the Deputy Head of the Office of the Ministry of Justice for the Samara Region Elena Vladimirovna Seredvina.
The registration of the issuance of new "crusts" was carried out by the specialist of the Office of the Ministry of Justice I.A. Bazhutova.
The President of the PASO T. Butovchenko wished the young colleagues professional success in the difficult profession of a defense attorney.
