Billiards tournament results

On the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day, the 15th Russian Billiards Tournament among lawyers of the Samara Region Bar Association was held in the Samara Region. The event was the largest in the history of not only the regional chamber but also of all bar associations across the country.

A record 40 lawyers participated in the tournament.

The PASO billiards team is the current champion of Russia among regional bar associations.

A special highlight was the participation of seven female lawyers, among whom a separate women's tournament was held for the first time in Russia.

PASO President Tatyana Butovchenko welcomed the participants, wishing them good luck and a fair fight. Before the tournament, Nikolai Stepanov, the initiator of organizing lawyer billiards in the region, was awarded a certificate of honor.

In addition to the main competition, demonstrations by billiard masters and competitions (tournaments) for the participants were held.

1st place - Dmitry Martynov (fourth consecutive time)
2nd place - Daniil Khoroshilov
3rd place - Nikolay Stepanov and Alexander Airapetyan

Women's Tournament
1st place - Marina Maslak
2nd place - Irina Nesterova
3rd place - Nadezhda Kholina and Irina Akulina

The organizers noted the highly qualified work of the panel of judges during Led by Artem Zotov, Master of Sports of International Class.

The tournament promoted billiards, strengthened corporate spirit, and united the professional community of lawyers in the Samara Region.
