Representatives of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Samara Region held a seminar for lawyers

On March 15, 2024, in the conference hall of the Chamber of Advocates of the Samara Region, a training seminar on tax law was held offline as part of the advanced training of lawyers.

The speakers of the event were leading specialists of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Samara Region: Elena Nikolaevna Kovalets - Acting Head of the Taxpayer Registration and Accounting Department, Irina Vladimirovna Kosolapova - Deputy Head of the Taxpayer Relations Department, Svetlana Aleksandrovna Yanova - Deputy Head of the Personal Income Taxation and Insurance Premium Administration Department, Lyudmila Aleksandrovna Zaitseva - Chief State Tax Inspector of the Personal Income Taxation and Insurance Premium Administration Department.

The seminar was moderated by the Vice Presidents of the PASO Aleksey Viktorovich Borodin and Natalya Yuryevna Sukhova.

The seminar covered in detail issues related to the consequences of providing false information to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the procedure for calculating and paying insurance premiums by lawyers, professional tax deductions for lawyers, and obtaining a tax deduction in connection with the Unified Tax System from a tax agent.

The seminar was held in a lively atmosphere, and the Department's specialists answered many questions from lawyers.

The topics announced are relevant both in the context of providing legal assistance to clients by lawyers and for the lawyers themselves in connection with the upcoming declaration campaign. The established constructive relationship between the Chamber of Advocates of the Samara Region and the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Samara Region allows lawyers to keep their finger on the pulse of the times, and to promptly receive up-to-date information on current tax legislation and planned changes to it.
