Signing an important agreement

On December 17, 2020, an Agreement on cooperation was signed between the Office of the Judicial Department in the Samara Region and the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region.

The Board of Directors was represented by its Head - Yuri N. Safonenko, PASO - by the President of the Chamber - Tatiana Dmitrievna Butovchenko.

The purpose of the Agreement is to organize interaction on the exchange of information on the execution by the Office of its financing powers in accordance with clause 6 of article 14 of the Federal Law of 08.01.1998 No. 7-FZ "On the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation" by district courts, garrison military courts and justices of the peace, who are charged with the federal budget, in terms of reimbursing lawyers involved in court-appointed cases; development and strengthening of all-round cooperation aimed at increasing the efficiency of work on informing lawyers about payment of remuneration at the expense of the federal budget of procedural costs.

Signing the agreement in the future is of fundamental importance for the integration of data into the PASO.ru mobile application.

I would like to hope that this software product will greatly facilitate the professional activities of lawyers and will be appreciated by colleagues in the coming year.
