On March 22, 2022, the Chamber of Advocates of the Samara Region hosted the solemn awarding of the winners of the 1st regional competition "The Best Website of a Lawyer, Lawyer Education of the Samara Region".
Recall that the competition was announced on October 28, 2021. The corresponding decision of the PASO Council was made in order to familiarize with the Internet resources of lawyers and bar associations of the Samara region, as well as to popularize them, contributing to the dissemination of experience in the effective use of information and communication technologies in the legal community in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Advocacy and Advocacy in of the Russian Federation”, the Code of Professional Ethics of a Lawyer and the Rules of Conduct for Lawyers in the Information and Telecommunication Network “Internet”, approved by Protocol No.
Applications from bar associations and lawyers were accepted from October 28, 2021 to January 12, 2022. In total, 22 applications were submitted for the first competition.
The jury, which included PASO President T. D. Butovchenko, PASO Vice President D. A. Taraborin, Chairman of the PASO Qualification Commission A. V. Kokin, as well as experts in the development and promotion of sites - the director of the studio The Place I. V. Kulagin, technical director of The Place studio V. I. Makhtev, evaluated the presented Internet resources according to several criteria. The sites entered for the competition were required to have an Internet address with free access by any user, and the lawyer's page on the social network must be open, verified and contain full information about the lawyer and the legal education in which he operates. In accordance with the Competition Regulations, the main criteria for evaluating submitted works were:
Compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Advocacy and the Bar in the Russian Federation", the Code of Professional Ethics of a lawyer, decisions of the bodies of the Chamber of Lawyers and the bodies of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers, adopted within their competence;
Informativeness: completeness of the information provided about the lawyer, lawyer education; availability of interesting and useful information for users; efficiency and regularity of updating; the frequency of publications, the availability and quality of illustrative material, the consistency of its placement;
Design: stylistic integrity of all pages of the site, originality of visual design, readability, ease of site navigation;
Manufacturability: correct display of the site in various browsers; accessibility of the site from various types of devices (PC, tablets, smartphones); the presence of feedback forms with site visitors; speed of access to site resources.
As a result of scoring, the jury determined the winners of the competition.

The members of the jury warmly congratulated the winners of the contest, presenting special prizes and certificates of honor from the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region.
T. D. Butovchenko expressed her admiration for all the contestants who risked becoming the first. D. A. Taraborin and A. V.
