About changes in deductions

Dear colleagues!

By decision of the XII All-Russian Congress of Lawyers, held on April 18, 2025, in Moscow, the amount of mandatory monthly contributions from each lawyer for the general needs of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation was increased from 300 (three hundred) to 500 (five hundred) rubles, effective May 1, 2025.

By decision of the Twenty-fifth (Regular) Annual Conference of Lawyers of the Samara Region, dated May 21, 2025, the amount of mandatory monthly contributions from each lawyer of the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region for the general needs of the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region (except for contributions for the first month of membership in the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region) was increased by the amount of the change in the amount of contributions for the general needs of the Federal Chamber of the Russian Federation, should such a decision be adopted by the next All-Russian Congress of Lawyers.

The Council of the Samara Region Bar Association announces that, effective May 1, 2025, the total monthly payment for the PASO (including payments for the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation) will be 2,300 (two thousand three hundred) rubles.

The payment deadline is the last day of the current month.
