On September 25, 2024, a seminar was held in the conference hall of the Chamber of Advocates of the Samara Region in person as part of the Chamber's implementation of the provisions of the Federal Law of 07.08.2001 N 115-FZ "On Combating the Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime and the Financing of Terrorism" (hereinafter - FZ-115).
The seminar is related to the estates in FZ-115. The technical equipment of the Chamber made it possible to demonstrate to lawyers in real time on the "big screen" practical aspects of working with the Rosfinmonitoring website.
The seminar was moderated by Vice President of PASO Sukhova N.Yu.
2 hours of the workshop flew by unnoticed. Despite the beloved online format, a personal meeting of lawyers allows for an active exchange of opinions, discussions, asking questions and analyzing specific cases.
