School of young lawyer PASO - 7 years old

March 12 is the birthday of the PASO Young Lawyer School. In honor of this event, a festive lesson of the School took place. It was chaired by PASO President Tatyana Dmitrievna Butovchenko. She shared with the audience the intricacies of working in criminal cases, and also talked about typical violations that lawyers commit when working on the appointment of the bodies of preliminary investigation and the court. The President advised the interns how to find and keep the "golden mean" between active work on the case and creating unnecessary conflicts with the investigation and the court to the detriment of the client, how to build constructive working relationships with law enforcement officers, how to choose the right tactics in the case. Real-life examples from the practice of lawyers and PASO helped the trainees to better understand the traditions of the Samara legal profession and get imbued with its spirit.
