Family is a point of unity

On September 19, 2024, the Samara Regional Universal Scientific Library hosted a scientific and practical conference "Family - a point of unity".

One of the goals of the conference, as stated by the organizers, was to strengthen traditional spiritual, moral and family values ​​as the basis of a stable society and state.

Representatives of the advocacy community practicing in family disputes took part in the conference: member of the PASO Council Eremina Yu.V. and member of the PASO Qualification Commission Shamanova K.V. The section where topical issues of normative and legal regulation of traditional values ​​were discussed was chosen for presentations. The speakers touched upon the specifics of consideration in courts of cases related to the upbringing of children. For a child, relationships with parents are the most important relationships, largely determining his entire life.

Therefore, the well-being and mental state of the minor child involved in these disputes will depend on how competently and responsibly the lawyer acts, representing the interests of one of the parties in a dispute about children.
The problem that requires a solution is the lack of a choice of experts to conduct a forensic psychological examination, a comprehensive forensic psychological and psychiatric examination, the development of regulations for interaction with Family Centers when studying the living conditions of children and preparing examination reports.

The topic of execution of judicial acts in disputes about children has been and remains a sensitive one. Judicial acts: decisions on civil cases on the collection of alimony;
decisions on civil cases on determining the procedure for communication with one parent, other relatives.
