Samara - Lipetsk

On September 23-24, the Bar Association of the Samara Region hosted a delegation from the Bar Association of the Lipetsk Region.

In 2023, the Lipetsk Chamber opened the School of Young Lawyers. In order to use the experience of the PASO School of Young Lawyers, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, the head of the school, member of the Council of the Bar Association of the Lipetsk Region, Vera Alekseevna Fedorova, arrived in Samara.

On the first day, PASO President T.D. Butovchenko conducted a tour of the chamber, spoke about the work of the Internet-PASO system and the SYUP Center. Then a working meeting was held with the head of the PASO School of Young Lawyers T.D. Ivanova and the head of the branch of the School in Tolyatti V.I. Yankina. It was devoted to the organization of the educational process, the goals of the School, the formation of the curriculum, the composition of speakers and students, the content of the course and the methods used. Over the 10 years of the School's operation, PASO has accumulated a wealth of experience in various forms of conducting lectures and practical classes, scientific and practical events, and internal examinations, which can certainly be applied in similar projects in other regions of Russia.

The second day of the visit coincided with the organizational meeting of the new intake of students of the School of Young Lawyers. An open day was organized for applicants who applied for the new intake. The event began with a welcoming speech by PASO President T.D. Butovchenko. She wished future lawyers success in mastering a new profession and shared striking examples from her own 50 years of experience as a lawyer. The president's speech was also dedicated to the striking achievements of PASO. None of the viewers were left indifferent by the film about the creation of a mobile application as part of the Internet-PASO system. The Samara Chamber was and remains the only one where such projects are in effect. The open day was also attended by PASO Vice President A.V. Borodin, Chairman of the Qualification Commission A.V. Kokin and the heads of the School of Young Lawyers from Samara and Tolyatti. T.D. Ivanova told the new students about the main projects and areas of activity of the School, and V.I. Yankina answered questions from Tolyatti listeners about the specifics of the branch's work.

Following the event, the students of the School of Young Lawyers received instructions and organizational information for further training, and the guests from the Lipetsk Chamber received new experience in organizing training for the personnel reserve. PASO is always ready to share its own experience and adopt the know-how of other regional chambers in order to constantly keep up with the times.
