Expanding Horizons: Training and Experience Exchange with Rosreestr

On November 27, 2024, a training seminar was held in the conference hall of the Samara Region Bar Association. The speakers were employees of the Samara Region Office of Rosreestr: Dmitry Kozhevnikov, Head of the Electronic Real Estate Registration Department; Konstantin Minin, Deputy Head of the Legal Support Department; and Olga Tsvetkova, Deputy Head of the Shared Construction Participation Registration Department. The training event was moderated by Natalia Sukhova, Vice President of PASO.

The Samara Region Office of Rosreestr and PASO are long-standing partners committed to training lawyers and enhancing their knowledge in real estate registration.

The seminar addressed two relevant topics: "Garage Amnesty" and the advantages and new features of the "Gosklyuch" mobile app. The garage amnesty is especially important because it expires on September 1, 2026. Based on established practices, Rosreestr representatives explained to the legal community how to easily and without going to court register property listed in Federal Law No. 79-FZ "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation."

The National Spatial Data Portal (https://nspd.gov.ru/#top_section) was of particular interest to lawyers. The NSPD is a collection of legally significant open federal, regional, and municipal spatial data, which in our digital age will be useful for lawyers in their work protecting citizens' rights.

A video prepared by the Rosreestr Office for the Samara Region about the ease of using an electronic digital signature generated in the "Gosklyuch" app generated keen interest among the audience and sparked discussions about its application in various areas of legal practice.

The seminar was a lively event, with lawyers actively asking questions and sharing examples of their legal practice. It was jointly decided to conduct interactive training on the use of the National Spatial Data System spatial data platform in early 2025.
