Preparations for the XXIV Annual Conference of Advocates

On March 13 and 21, elections of delegates were held, respectively, at the general meeting of the Samara Regional Bar Association and the meeting of small bar associations and bar offices for the election of delegates to participate in the XXIV regular annual reporting and election conference of lawyers of the Samara Region.

The conference will be held on April 18, 2024.

The election of delegates is an important and responsible stage in the procedure for preparing for the conference. Those present were presented with a brief report on the work of the PASO Council for the past year, the agenda of the work, the main indicators of the implementation of the budget for the reporting period and the draft budget for the next year.

The representation standard at the conference is 1 delegate from 5 lawyers.

The participants of the meetings elected 84 delegates from the Samara Regional Bar Association and 122 delegates from small bar associations and bar offices.

Bar associations with 5 or more lawyers elect delegates independently. We remind you that the decision (minutes of the meeting of the bar association) on the selection of conference delegates must be submitted by the bar association to the PASO Council no later than March 25, 2024 by courier to the address: Samara, Morisa Torez St., 1A.

Based on the number of lawyers with active status, 339 delegates will take part in the conference.
