On June 15, 2021, a round table “MEDICINE. INNOVATION. PRAVO ”, prepared by the Department of Medical Law and Bioethics of Samara State Medical University with the support of the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region. The round table was timed to coincide with the upcoming Day of the Medical Worker, which is celebrated on June 20 this year. It was attended by the heads of medical organizations of the Samara region. The event was dedicated to the introduction of new technologies, both digital and legal, into the activities of medical organizations.
The round table was attended by the Deputy Minister of Health of the Samara Region Pavel Nikolayevich Zolotarev. The Chamber of Advocates of the Samara Region was represented by its Vice-President Natalia Yuryevna Sukhova, as well as the Chairman of the PASO Qualification Commission Aleksey Valerievich Kokin and Tatiana Dmitrievna Ivanova, a member of the PASO Council. The participants of the round table listened to the welcoming speech of the rector of Samara State Medical University, Alexander Vladimirovich Kolsanov. The vice-rector of Samara State Medical University for scientific and innovative work Igor Leonidovich Davydkin and deputy chairman of the Samara Provincial Duma, chairman of the SRO AYUR Council Yury Mikhailovich Shevtsov took part in the round table.
The speakers were specialists from Moscow and the Samara region. Vlasenko Valery Maksimovich (Moscow) highlighted the main tasks to be solved by the organizers of a private private health care system for the introduction of electronic document management. Director of the Samara Regional Medical Information and Analytical Center (MIAC) Vadim Vyacheslavovich Chernikov spoke in detail about the use of telemedicine technologies in the Samara region. She continued this topic and revealed the legal aspects and prospects of introducing telemedicine technologies in the health care system Ivanova T.D. President of the Union of Professional Mediators M2B Kiselev Yevgeny Eduardovich spoke about the practice and prospects of using mediation and its elements in the healthcare system in situations of conflict between a patient and a medical organization.
Each report was followed by a discussion of the round table participants, during which the participants exchanged their experience in solving pressing problems.
The round table became unique for the Samara region, as for the first time it united and allowed the exchange of views between representatives of the authorities, public and private health care systems and lawyers. As a result, the participants brought out new ideas and tasks for themselves, and also unanimously spoke in favor of the fact that holding such events should become a tradition and be carried out on a systematic basis.
