The PASO Qualification Commission has started work

On September 10, the Qualification Commission of the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region held its first meeting in the newly formed composition, elected by the 20th Annual Conference on September 2, 2020.
A.V. Kokin was elected the Chairman of the Qualification Commission.
The Commission reviewed seven disciplinary proceedings: in five cases, the Commission found the lawyers 'improper performance of professional duties, two disciplinary proceedings were terminated, and the applicants' claims were refuted.
Specific disciplinary measures will be appointed by the PASO Council at a meeting to be held on 24 September.
Applicants, as it should be before the exam, were worried and nervous.
24 out of 31 applicants admitted to the qualification exam passed the test successfully.
Until the cherished moment of gaining access to professional activity, they are now separated only by the taking of the oath and the solemn presentation of lawyer's certificates.
