PASO Young Advocate School Graduate Day
10.01.2022
On June 12, the PASO School of Young Lawyers held a Graduate Day. Traditionally, the former students - young lawyers - came to the School to share with future colleagues the experience of passing the qualification exam and getting started in advocacy. The alumni and students of the School were warmly welcomed by the President of PASO T.D. Butovchenko. She wished everyone success in the legal profession and, of course, acquittals as the highest success of a lawyer in a criminal case.
The Graduate Day program was aimed at ensuring that listeners and alumni received new knowledge from the event. Member of the PASO Qualification Commission K.V. Shamanova held a training course for the audience on the development of negotiation skills. Ksenia Viktorovna noted the importance of negotiations between a lawyer and a client, especially in a conflict situation.
Young lawyers prepared mini-lectures on the peculiarities of the application of law based on their own practice. All presentations were met with great interest, and the alumni enjoyed the opportunity to share the first results of their work.
The students of the School of Young Lawyers, in turn, made presentations on the history of the Samara Bar, which they have devoted a lot of time to studying in the last month. This information was new already for graduates, professionally executed presentations made it brighter and more interesting.
The event was imbued with the idea of the continuity of generations of lawyers and was intense and warm.
Students of the School of Young Lawyers received parting words for the upcoming exams - graduation and qualifying for the status of a lawyer, which are expected in September.
