Lawyers need to update their information to participate in appointed cases!

Attention, colleagues! Due to the transition to the new subsystem for the automatic distribution of assignments by appointment (ARPN KIS AR), all lawyers participating in assigned cases must register in the KIS AR system by April 30, 2025, complete, and submit to the PASO a new application form for inclusion in the subsidized legal aid system.

What has changed in the application:

The selection of subsidized legal aid regions for each lawyer is limited to one BASE DISTRICT.
There is now flexibility in choosing the time period of work.

Important:

Lawyers already participating in the subsidized legal aid system who have not submitted the new application form by the specified deadline will be included in the ARPN KIS AR system based on previously submitted applications with the default system settings.
