President of the Chamber of Lawyers of the Samara Region
The PASO Council is the collegial executive body of the Chamber.
In accordance with the PASO Charter, the Council is elected in the number
of no more than 15 people by the Conference of Lawyers of the Samara Region
and is renewed once every two years by at least one third.

In 1975, she graduated from the Law Faculty of Kuibyshev State University and was assigned to the Kuibyshev Regional Bar Association the same year.
Since 1986, she has been a member of the Presidium of the Samara Regional Bar Association.
Since 2000, she has served as Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the Samara Regional Bar Association.
Since 2002, she has served as President of the Samara Regional Bar Association and Chairman of the Presidium of the Samara Regional Bar Association.
Since 2007, she has been a member of the Council of the Federal Chamber of Advocates of the Russian Federation.
Since 2014, she has served as First Vice President of the Samara Regional Bar Association.
Since 2015, she has served as President of the Samara Regional Bar Association.
Since 2017, she has served as a member of the Ethics and Standards Commission of the Federal Chamber of Advocates of the Russian Federation. Since 2019 – Chairperson of the Commission for the Protection of Professional Rights of Lawyers of the Samara Region Bar Association.
Member of the Union of Lawyers of the Samara Region and Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Advocacy.
She has been awarded the gold and silver F.N. Plevako medals, the 1st and 2nd class medals "For Merit in the Defense of Citizens' Rights and Freedoms," the Order "For Loyalty to the Lawyer's Duty," the Certificate of Honor of the Samara Regional Duma, the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Silver Medal "For Assistance" of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, and the National Award in Advocacy and Advocacy, the Gavriil Derzhavin Medal, and a Diploma with a bronze bust of F.N.
